Note that your MySCCC and email password are the same. If you are able access MySCCC but not email, try these troubleshooting tips before requesting a password reset:
Allow 15 minutes for password changes to take effect in both Office 365 and MySCCC.
Make sure you are logging in to Office365 using your full email address.
Use either Chrome or Firefox browsers.
Close all browser windows before attempting to login.
If your password is saved on the device you are using, it may be an old password.
